We offer shipping worldwide to mostly all locations. Please note that you are responsible to check the legality of these items in your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities.

Shipping Costs:

All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies like UPS, EMS, DHL,etc. and our special discount off www.reverse-cameras.com will send the delivery to the destination the customer gave to us.
All orders must be prepaid include shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we sent to you a wrong product on our mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost for you.
To facilitate trading with www.reverse-cameras.com we make the shipping rates visible BEFORE you actually commit to the order. If you have special ordering requirements, please correspond with our sales department, who will advise you of the details of such costs before your confirm your order.

Shipping Availability Date:

You can see the estimated arrival dates of your order during checkout.
To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse.
Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1~3 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days. Sign in to your account to track a shipped order.

Please note:

www.reverse-cameras.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:
·         Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time
·         Large orders that have more than 10 items may require longer processing time
·         Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
·         Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
·         Delays for International orders due to customs clearance
·         Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements encountered during processing of your order
Most of the items we send within 2-5 working days after confirming the order on eler.com.cn and confirming the payment. Mostly the goods take 4-7 working days to major destinations.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped out.

Sometimes we can't ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 2-4 business days, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. Any delay on delivery by the shipping company is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item.

If you pay us by TT/Wire Transfers to our company account, it will take an additional 24-72 hours to confirm the payment arrival by our bank. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer's responsibility, packages refused because of customs fees will be charged the return postage.

Insurance:

For high value orders, we suggest you choose the shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages in transportation. All items are carefully packed and addressed for export delivery. If the items are damaged or lost in transportation, eler.com.cn shall not be liable to bear it. In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services to initiate the claim. eler.com.cn will work in good faith with the insurance company's.

Customs Clearance, Import Duties and VAT:

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not inculding taxes.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just mark it in your order what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We can do it as per your request.

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn’t to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.
Return and Refund

Please notice that all our OEM car DVD&GPS products are custom made products, as we know there are difference in different countries, , when we receiver your order, we will let our factoris to make a new one car DVD&GPS system special for your car. If you do not want the products but after you paid and received or installed it, we do not accept its return.

Our solution is that before shipping, we will write email to you, make sure the product you choose if right for your car, make sure that you did not choose a wrong model. And before shipping, we will do some setting and test, and take some photos to you, and let you know the express tracking number too.

If you found that we totally sent a wrong model to you,it can be returned and refunded. You need to send the products back to us (you will pay the shipping fees), when we receive the products, we will give you refund. But please notice Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Amount:  (Total Pirce - Shipping Cost) × 80% - Payment cost = Return Amount
Replacement

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and replaced. You need to send the products back to us (you will pay the shipping fees), when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
Repair

In 1 year (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and repaired. You need to send the products back to us (you will pay the shipping fees), when we receive the products, we will repair it and ship them back to you.
Return and partial return

Our website cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Any order confirmation will be considered as that the buyer already read and accept our shipping, payment, return & replace policy.
