General Warranty Policy
All products have one year warranty including technology support and repair service. Some products have two years warranty. offers free technology support, operation suggestion and repair service during warranty.
2.The warranty is a civil year which starts from the day when the parcel is sent . will still try to offer service for those products which are over the warranty.

Exceptions to Warranty

1.We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from Qualir.
2.The user voids the warranty if she/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered as normal usage.
3.The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse or wear and tear.

Exceptions do not mean we are not going to help you. If your items bought from is broken/damaged by accident, we can still help you fix the problem at your cost( including shipping and fixing fees) If you are a customer with goods which appear to have a problem, please talk to us before initiating complaints with PayPal or your credit card provider. Usually there is a way for us to resolve your issue quickly and meet your satisfaction!

Return policy

Usually we can quickly and satisfactorily resolve your problems, so it is necessary to tell us FIRSTLY if your goods seem problematic.
Generally, customers pay returning fees of a probably faulty item back to us in China, in case of serious errors made by, the returning fees may be refundable. pays the cost of shipping replacements back to customers and also bears taxes and charges from importing returned items back through China Customs. refund customer's returning costs if it is due to 's mistakes. 3. Online description of an item is wrong at the time of purchase, e.g. listing a functionality that is in fact not supported.
4. We send goods in the wrong color ONLY IF the customer actually specified a color choice in order comments or comments prior to the order.

Situations of refunds for returned items
A full refund applies to the following situations:
1. The customer has firstly contacted with about the possible fault and received a return slip to authorize the goods return.
2. The goods have arrived in in China with a properly completed return slip.
3. The items have been confirmed by the technical team as faulty, defective, or unacceptable quality. All items returned contain all original packaging materials or there will be extra cost for customer.
4. No open Paypal dispute or chargeback exists on the customer's account.
5. There are no other outstanding bills on the customer's account.
When only a part of an order is faulty and returned, the refunded delivery cost will be calculated by according to its weight percentage of the order’s overall weight.
